At CCDJOB (https://ccdjob.com/), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to any claim that content posted on our Site infringes the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity, in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) of 1998.

1. Filing a DMCA Complaint

If you believe that material available on our Site infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA Agent containing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works if multiple are covered by a single notification;
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Site (please provide the exact URL to help us locate it);
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access was disabled and the location where the content appeared before it was removed;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
